If you are not (in case of size, color difference, stitching issues or wrong dispatchment), we will gladly accept the exchange of items that are unwashed, unused, unaltered and packed with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice. You can exchange articles from any of our Tailor Tag outlet or designated locations within 5 days of your purchase.
Exchange will be provided subject to the immediate availability of stock. If same article is not available, customer can check for alternate options in same price bracket. Customer will have to bear courier charges (for sending and receiving) in case of online exchange.

Please note we do not offer a cash refund.
Our accessories and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Cancellation of Orders

On rare occasion Tailor Tag has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing issues, or the credit card/online payment being declined by the issuing financial institution and when customers do not pickup / reply to confirmation calls or WhatsApp messages from our customer care department.
